Our intuitive graphical user interface has been developed from the perspective of a typical user of a tomography scanner or set-up, resulting in a transparent and comprehensive work-flow. This allows novel users to obtain high quality reconstructions without the need for intense training. At the same time, Octopus provides access to more advanced parameters such as misalignments corrections and artifact reduction algorithms. Advanced users can even get more out of the software by integrating the Octopus routines in their own software environments by means of our Software Development Kit .
